HONESTLY. 12:33 PM

“..You’re so nice, and you’re so smart;

you're such a good friend I have to break your heart.”

-Kimya Dawson

As is the case with another guy. Sigh, another day, another scenario. I’ll explain in a bit. As for now lemme describe my own typical Saturday :]

Woke up real late, Dad got real pissed, I mean, man! Got up, took a bath, ate breakfast (eggs). Dropped off at the hill, saw Josh and Nikki. I was msging that dude last night and honestly, I’ve missed, I mean missed texting him a LOT. He is such a cool guy, friendly and all :] he’s just ubër-quiet so yeah. So last night was the first time I texted him in about 5, 4 months?? Yeah, and we were like ‘dude, I miss chatting with you! Yeahh, you too!’ haha, and he told me had a job at an Internet café just next door to our school and I was like, ‘AWESOMMMEEE. Can I get a job too?’ And he was like, ‘yeah, I’ll ask the manager’ and all and I was like, ‘Yay me! Got myself a part time job!’ Alovett, can’t wait to start getting my own money which does NOT come from my rent’s wallets. Anywayy, back to my day, so I was I was behind him and all and I was trying to catch up with him but he walked real faaaaasssssstt so I couldn’t catch up.

Arrived at class and my teacher called me ‘Chels’ and I was like, ‘She called me Chels. WEIRD’. And my teacher was like, ‘I’ll call you Chels okay?’ and I was all ‘Okayyyy?’ HAHA :DD after attendance we had Computer which was dauuuyyymn FUN, honest. We had CS so we went up to the lab and guess what? We watched CSI: Miami. Teacher told us to write an essay about computer applications in CSI and frankly, I enjoyed watching it. The plot was fekkin’ awesome, it’s called ‘Kill Zone’ I dunno if you guys have seen it but it was bloody brilliant. And when I say bloody, I do mean bloody, literally bloody :S

We had English after and I pissed teacher off again like I always do, it’s a universal truth :PP The rest of the day was pretty much boring so we’ll skip-- I forgot about the ‘confiscation of my bloody phone’ part. haha yeaa, now that was epic. We were having a quiz during History (right after break) and the discipline teacher dudes came into class and was like ‘Aiiight I’m gonn’ give ya’ll 3 seconds to turn in your phones, mp3s, mp4s, anything unrelated to school. If you don’t hand it in and we catch you, you are in for much graver consequences’. I was like, daeeyyymmnn, ahh well, who cares? He’s gonna give it back after dismissal and all so I gave mine up. he was like ‘before you take your stuff, come see me’ and so after dismissal’, I went over to the cafeteria first to get lunch and went over to the staffroom and he was all ‘This is the last warning (yeah, as if), if you bring it again, it’s mine, especially you (looks at me since this isn’t the first time I got busted), is that clear?’ Then we took our stuff from the other teacher and left.

Since it’s a Saturday, I didn’t use the bus, cause in case you didn’t know I have guitar class behind the school every Saturday. So I ate lunch while my mates fooled around with my phone. Class usually starts at around quarter past one so I lingered a bit longer than usual.

i know you can see right through my nose, you don't hafta rub it in. xpp

was just takin' y'kno random photos. it's Lizzie's keychain thingyy, borrowed it for a bit cause it was like sooo coooooo what with the guitar, headphones, cassettes +vintage records.

the wayy to Neo. just around the bends are like rows and rows of like, really posh houses with all those shiny cars and stuff, everytime I walk through there it kinda feels like The OC hahahaha or like Beverly Hills or something. HAHA.

€At around 1.10 I walked my way to Neo. I arrived just in time, right in the dot (you know me :PP) and me and Teacher Honey started off with Hey There Delilah. I got most of right, but the bridge ‘a thousand miles nanaanana’ was a mess :S so I had to work on that. Then we did You and Me by Lifehouse. When I played it was like real loud cause I was on electric guitar and teacher was like you should use acoustic for this. Then we perfected Kiss Me after that and worked on Sway by Bic Runga; MYMP version. Class usually finishes at around 2 but Mikaela, this Greek kid learning drums was on holiday so we extended it a bit. I got out at around 2.30 and waited at the lobby till 3 cause man, my mom forgot about me. Again. :PP And guess what? I’m up for Acoustic Night in April. CAN’T WAIT. it’s this performance thingy for guitarists and all, hope I get to do a solo :DD

While waiting, there was this JIS student (honestly, you get a LOT of JIS students at Neo) and she was like, singing/harmonizing some opera songs while a teacher played the piano. You know the ones that go like ‘laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa fala no milalala millalalalalal laradoooooooooooo mi’; you know the ones in the Middle Ages and all? I didn’t think people actually still do this type of classical music, I thought it was dead, you know, extinct. So anyway, while waiting, this Brit kid arrived. He just kinda sat around so I started a conversation to kill time.

Chels: Soooooo…you studying piano?

Savvy: Yeah. *In this really awesome Brit accent*

Chels: So are you Australian?

Savvy: No, haha.

Chels: So where’re you from then?

Savvy: Oh, I’m from Britain.

Chels: How old are ya?

Savvy: 11.

Chels: Cooo.. Where do you study?

Savvy: At (surprise, surprise) JIS.

Chels: What year you in??

Savvy: Pardon?

Chels: What year are you in now?

Savvy: Ohh, 6.

Chels: So have you been studying here long?

Savvy: Pardon? (Y’kno I talk real fast :PP)

Savvy: Well I wouldn’t know *laughs*. I used to study at Expression and then I moved here.

Chels: Cooo.. So are you like..good at piano?

Savvy: Haha, im okayy I guess.

Chels: Do you perform and everything?

Savvy: Haha, I wouldn’t say so, no. *smiles*

Chels: Haha, aiiight.

So practically, I asked all the questions and what I enjoyed about this whole convo was the fact that I got to use a Brit accent. HAHAHAHAHA, im weird like that :DD usually, I use an American accent (people actually think I’m American/Australian) but I fool around with English accents sometimes. He had a really coooooooooool name though; SAVVY (I’m not sure if that’s how its spelt so yeah). It’s so…wow. :PP I didn’t ask for his name till I had to leave and I was like ‘I’m Chelsea. Alriite, I’ll see you.’ He reminded me of Yazmin, another Brit student at Neo, she plays electric guitar.

After a couple of hours, me and the fam went to the mall to get some awesome checkered laces for my converse and guess who I saw? LOADS of people, that’s a given. We were walking to the Body Shop and my sis was like, ‘HEYYYY, IT’S RONA!!’ and Rona was right there pointing at me HAHA. I missed that girl man, (she moved from my school to JIS 2 years back). She was with Danice and apparently they were going to some farewell party I wasn’t invited too. Well it’s no like I care though, it’s not someone I was close too but anywayy, I saw Qawi, Arian, and the WHOLE year 3B. It was my teacher’s farewell dinner, the one I told you about in my last post, the overly-hyper-leaving one and she invited her class. Rona asked if we could crash with them and she sort of, on purpose ignored the question and didn’t say yes. Another farewell bash uninvited to, oh well. haha well, Danice and Rona had to go somewhere after that so I told I’ll see em soon and went over to Pizza Hut’s where Qawi and the gang were hangin. They invited me for a bite of pizza and I was like ‘nawww, its cooo, I gotta go soon so yea’.

After my mom bought her stuff from the Body Shop we walked over to the hairdressing salon a few buildings away where my dad and bro were getting a haircut and they had the car. While crossing the road I saw couple more people I knew; Ron, better known as Chi and Argil. They were over at the Net café playing Dota, something I am completely UNINTERESTED in, honest. So we walked to the other building. I was gonna check the electric guitars at Contessa but they closed up, dangit. After finding my dad & bro (couldn’t find them at the salon), we went home. I was planning to buy some CDs, May Day Parade: A Lessons In Romantics, Simple Plan’s new album, no idea what’s it called and the Juno soundtrack, that is, if they have it. But nooooooo, we had to go. Well, at least I got me new shoelaces :PP

So we went home, ate dinner (barbequed squid) and I practiced a bit of my Hey There Delilah since my bridge was DISASTROUS and here I am, sitting on this hard brown chair in front of the computer screen typing these very words.

So that’s my Saturday, and yours was?? :]] Okayy, so now about the intro lyrics. I heard about someone having a crush in me. It’s been going around for a couple weeks now and I didn’t believe it since the guy (I’m not saying who) wasn’t really the type to like girls and this guy’s my bestfriend plus I call him bro so that messes things up a bit. My friend told me he didn’t wanna tell me and all cause I might reject him and our awesome friendship would be effed up and all we had would be lost. Bloody hell. I was totally skeptical going all ‘It’s hard to believe! Did he actually tell you that, like from his own mouth? Did he actually say my name???? I mean, I’ve been talking to him and he acts soooo NORMAL, he’d have to be a reaaaaaaaaaaallllllllll GOOD actor to hide his emotions right there.” MAN. Another tale of epic teenage romance. Any advice? Eeeeeesssh. This, I can’t wait to see how it ends.

I’ve got to go now though. I’ll probably text him sooner or later to clear things up a bit so yeah. G’niiite, hope you enjoyed reading not as much as I wrote it. MANNNNNNNNNNNNNNN.
