It Won't Be Soon Before Long. 7:12 AM

“..But the time is right and it only flies.”

-11:11pm; the All American Rejects

It’s the 29th of February. Which won’t happen again until I’m 17. HAHA =] Ahh well, must make the most of our time, mustn’t we? I mean wow; we’re in the 29th of February. ALREADY. Seems like it was just yesterday that was our first day of school. MAN. How does everything go by so fast?? It won’t be soon before long. I agree with Maroon 5. One day, you’re a naive starry-eyed kid. Next thing you know, zoooom, you’re a sophomore dealing with screwed up teachers and fallen-out relationships with friends. All I can say is, whoa, SLOW DOWN. Well, of there’s one thing nature has equally given to us all, it’s time. Each of us have 60 seconds a minute, 60 minutes an hour, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 4 weeks a month, 12 months a year. No one gets less, no one gets more. I guess it’s up to us what we do with our time. We could spend every waking moment sulking, gloomy and down struck, grumbling at our how miserable our lives are, OR we could wake up each knowing it’s gonna be great, and that no matter how depressing your life is, there’s always someone worse off than you are and that you are lucky enough to have great friends who you can lean on.

Here’s a cartoon I saw in the papers just now; haha it’s hilarious.

Norman: Today is February 29th, Penny! It’s a leap year day!

Penny: I know. It’s not fair! Why does it have to be in February?? Why can’t they put the extra day in summer vacation or spring break?

Norman: I never though of that.

Penny: Better yet, they could squeeze it in between Saturday and Sunday!

HAHA x) I agree. Why can’t they just put somewhere that it makes our holidays a tad bit longer, right?
